The unique rice-terraces in YuanYang County of the most southern part of YunNan Province, where the local ethnic minority HaNi people have built them through generations of work over many centuries, are a wonder of struggle and harmony between human survival and nature. With the changing of lighting, clouds, wind conditions, the seasons, and the time of day, the scene of terraces show magical differences. I bought 3 freshly boiled fresh duck eggs from these three local village girls. Those duck eggs had the best taste that one can't find anywhere else, with deep red yolks.
